For the first time since Beverly Hanson in 1951, a rookie has emerged victorious in their professional debut on the LPGA Tour. Rose Zhang made history at the Mizuho America Women's Open in May, becoming the youngest player ever to win the event and the first amateur to do so in 50 years.
