Pat Robertson, a religious broadcaster and influential figure in American politics, passed away on September 30th at the age of 93. Robertson was known for his conservative Christian views and his involvement in politics. In 1988, he ran for president as a Republican but ultimately withdrew from the race. He also founded the Christian Coalition in 1989, which became a powerful force in Republican politics, promoting conservative Christian values and putting pressure on lawmakers to support them.
