The Miami Heat evened up the NBA Finals by beating the Denver Nuggets 111-108 in Game 2 on Sunday night. The Heat had a strong start, taking an early lead over the Nuggets. However, the Nuggets made a comeback and were leading by as much as 15 points. But the Heat managed to reclaim the lead in the fourth quarter and had to dig deep to finish it off.
Gabe Vincent led the scoring for the Heat with 23 points, followed by Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo with 21 points each. Max Strus and Duncan Robinson also contributed to the Heat's win, scoring 14 and 10 points respectively.
The Denver Nuggets were led by a monstrous effort from Nikola Jokic, who scored 16 of 28 shots from the floor to finish with 23 points. Jokic's last shot of the game was a 4-footer with 36 seconds left, which got the Nuggets within three points of the Heat.
